The Human Rights Network, Uganda accuses the Inspector General of Police of disrespecting the Ugandan laws by not responding to court summons. The Executive Director, HURINET, Dr Mohammed Ndifuna says none is above the law, and the IGP has not shown a good example to Ugandans.
