Justice Bart Katureebe: Children to Testify in Courts Via New Audio – Visual System

The Chief Justice Bart Katureebe has challenged legal officers to utilize a state of the art Audio – Visual link technology designed to enable children testify before courts of law.
The system will enable children and other witnesses fearing to stand before offenders to give testimony without fear of revenge from suspects. Justice Bart Katureebe is optimistic that the new technology will help in reducing on the high case back log in the judiciary.
