Kabaziguruka Questions Trial at Court Martial

Nakawa division member of parliament Michael Kabaziguruka has contested the constitutionality of the general court martial to try him as a civil servant.
Kabaziguruka who is jointly charged with twenty three others argued that the court will notbe impartial because the army is trying a case where UPDF is the accuser.
