Police Bosses Pin Juniors over Caning Besigye Supporters

Three witnesses have pinned police officers and a crime preventer accused of battering former Presidential aspirant Dr Kiiza Besigye’s supporters earlier this month.
The witnesses – all fellow police officers told a police court sitting at the Police headquarters in Kampala that the suspects broke police ethics and standing orders when they mercilessly caned supporters.
