President Museveni Boosts Katwe Welders SACCO

President Yoweri Museveni has pledged to directly give money to people involved in entrepreneurship activities to spur economic growth and create employment.
The president was speaking to members of Katwe Welders Sacco, where he donated welding machines and 100 million shillings to boost their capital.
Museveni however warned beneficiaries against mismanaging the support, or else face imprisonment;
