Manufactures and other stake holders meeting in Kampala want government to set up a reform task force to oversee the skills development that is commensurate with the labour market
Manufacturers are of the view that the quality of labor that is currently produced does not fully meet the labour market that is required in most of the manufacturing sector in Uganda.
