UNRA Demolishes Structures on Road Reserve along Northern Bypass

Uganda National Roads Authority-UNRA has embarked on the demolition of structures along the Northern bypass to pave way for the road expansion works.
A team of UNRA officials demolished several structures along the Northern bypass at Kigowa Bukoto, Kyebando, leaving several households homeless.
According to John Bosco Sejjemba , the head of Enforcement at UNRA all the houses which came down tumbling had long been compensated, but failed to adhere to the agreed time of vacation.
