Parliamentary Committee sittings flopped today – two days after the Clerk to Parliament Jane Kibirige indefinitely suspended plenary sittings without an explanation.
Angry legislators who turned for today’s sittings now want the Speaker Rebecca Kadaga and her Deputy Jacob oulanya to explain the cause of the latest impasse that is affecting parliamentary business.
