PROFESSOR MONDO KAGONYERA says Striking the right balance for tuition allocation could counter the seeds of strike in Makerere. Former Minister and Chancellor Makerere University, Professor Mondo Kagonyeraadvises on a fees structure that finds an equilibrium between the wealthy student and the disadvantaged will freeze the tensions in higher institutions of learning.
