UMEME Grants Illegal Users Amnesty

Power distribution company, UMEME has granted illegal power users in the country amnesty. The Amnesty is intended to help illegal users report themselves to UMEME before the power distributor cracks a whip on culprits. Bugisu region is currently the leading illegal power users in the country accounting for 12 per cent of the overall power loss.
