Defense, Prisons and Mulago Owe National Water and Sewarage Corporation Billions

National water and Sewerage Corporation has given an ultimatum of one week to the ministry of defense, the Uganda Prison Serviceand the National referral Hospital at Mulagoto clear their outstanding water bills or be disconnected regardless of the consequences.
The government institutions owe the utility company billions of shillings – which is affecting service delivery to millions of Ugandans around the country.
