The Uganda Allied Institute of Health & Management Science has commissioned an E-learning library to promote better service delivery and improve on the learning culture among student trainees.
The principal of the institute Otim Alfred says the E- learning technology will help to improve on effective learning position of the learners and implored them to use it for its intended purpose.
