It has emerged that the Ugandan government has never signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the South Sudanese government to have Ugandan traders compensated for the merchandize they lost during the war.
It has also emerged that there is a list of fake traders who were recently compensated although they have never stepped in the war torn country.
The revelations were made this morning as officials from the Ministry of Finance interfaced with legislators on the progress of compensating Ugandan traders.
