Government, Partners Launch Early Childhood Development Policy

Children’s’ rights activists have demanded for an increase in investments into the welfare of the country’s children. It is believed this will have a major boost to Uganda’s efforts of becoming a high middle income country by 2040. The demand was made this evening during the launch of the Integrated Early Childhood Development Policy and Action plan by the 2nd Deputy Premier Kirunda Kivejinja in Kampala.
