Lawyers Train in International Arbitration

Ugandan lawyers have started training on international arbitration, to develop their capacity to handle regional disputes.
The Uganda Law Society together with other regional partners have embarked on an initiative to create a pool of well skilled lawyers who can arbitrate in disputes that arise between foreign and domestic trade partners.
The theme is focusing on disputes that arise within infrastructure and natural resource investments;
