The Uganda Civil Aviation Authority faults the NRM Vice Chairperson for Eastern Region and former MP for Soroti Municipality,Flight Captain Mike Mukula for smuggling in junk helicopters in the country.
CAA officials also informed legislators that even the helicopter Mukula used during the presidential campaigns during NRM rallies was a junk.
