Nebbi’s Teenage Pregnancy Rates Worrying

The Ugandan government is overwhelmed with the high rates of defilement and teenage pregnancies in West Nile, putting the welfare of the girl child at stake. Defilement accounts for 60% of the cases of sexual abuse recorded at Nebbi police station. But there are a lot more cases that go un reported.
