‘NO Authority Status for National Water and Sewerage Corporation

Legislators on the Natural Resources committee of Parliament have vowed to block the government proposal to elevate National Water and Sewerage corporation to an Authority status, saying such a move would antagonize the well laid out corporation.
Officials from the National Water and Sewerage Corporation revealed they needed a Shs180 boost from government to meet 100% water coverage of 20,000 villages.
