Not Enough Done in South Sudan – Kadaga

The Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga criticizes regional leaders for not doing enough to end bloodshed in South Sudan, and human rights violations in regional member states. Speaking at the opening of the of the 9th Executive Council of the Inter Parliamentary Union of Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD) in Kamuli district, Kadaga decried the escalating instability in South Sudan, rising human rights abuses and human trafficking that have instilled fear among locals in their own countries;
