Police, FDC Brace for Showdown as Dr Besigye Returns

Ugandans should brace for a showdown between the Police and supporters of the opposition Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) come this Thursday.
This after Police revealed it had not authorized planned festivities to welcome back former FDC Presidential flagbearer in the February polls; Dr Kiiza Besigye from weeks abroad where he was spreading his defiance campaign.
