USPA to Limit Road Carnage in Masaka

As Masaka road grapples with road carnage , Uspa will take their road safety campaign to the district in a bid to limit the dangers ON THE ROAD . The 19th September campaign is the 1st time the campaign goes out of its home in Lugazi.
