Amend the Constitution if Necessary – Roda Kalema

Veteran politician Rhoda Kalema says Parliament should be the calling card to amending the contentious articles in the Constitution. The 87 year Old Ex-state minister of public service says the 10th Parliament ought to address issues that are raising public concern to restore the rule.
