Rains Hinder Transport in Karamoja

The ongoing rains in Karamoja have affected the roads infrastructure in the region – rendering most roads impassable.
The roads have made service delivery almost impassable as it takes days for cars to move between at least two districts. The latest victims to the bad roads was a team from the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal husbandry and Fisheries that got stuck between Amuria and Abim for long hours as they traveled to Kotido.
