Uganda at 54: Buganda Independence

Buganda kingdom is celebrating 54 years of her independence, a day before Uganda celebrates hers. This ceremony which is held in high esteem in Buganda kingdom was celebrated in Bulange Mengo on 8th of October 1962 with Sir Edward Muteesa II presiding over the celebrations.
