Dr Kizza Besigye arrested again, Vows to Drag Police to Court

Retired Col. Kiiza Besigye has been arrested and locked up in Nagalama after holding a secret meeting with his lawyers and members of parliament who are his close allies. Before his arrest the opposition strongman told the media that they have resolved to go to court over his incarceration and call for a special parliamentary sitting to discuss his plight.
