Ministry of Health Bickering Affecting Service Delivery – Omaswa

While the whole country blames poor financing for challenges within Uganda’s health system, former Director General Health Services, Prof.Francis Omaswa argues that the Health Ministry could further be torn apart if the continued bickering within administrative offices is not addressed.
