Ssematimba Appeal Hearing Fails

Hearing of the election appeal by Busiro South MP, Peter Sematimba on Monday failed to kick off, after Ssematimba failed to file conferencing documents. Ssematimba asked for more time to have the necessary documents filed, which angered his opponent’s supporters.
The court however granted Ssematimba’s request until 28th October to file the conferencing documents;
