Uganda and Sudan south Sudan have reached security agreement to form a joint security block that will operate across borders long the Juba-Nimule high way pending a peace deal to end the violent clashes in the world’s youngest nation. The agreement was reached last night after several hours of a closed door meeting between Uganda’s police chief General Kale Kaihura and his South Sudan counterpart, Gen. Makur Marol Aduot. The Ugandan traders who have been attacked, are not excited by the Police deployment, but want the UPDF to return to south Sudan.
