Makerere University Council to Meet over Strike

Makerere university council has called for an emergency council meeting to help resolve the standoff between lecturers and the university administration.
The meeting to be held tomorrow will constitute all the different stakeholders ranging from aggrieved lecturers, university administration, government and the convocation to forge a way forward.
Some students who came to study today bounced as the university lecture rooms remained quiet.
