Free Internet for Northern Corridor

ICT ministers from Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and South Sudan want a uniform mobile money framework in the region, so simplify access and use of the service. Under the Northern Corridor ICT Ministerial platform, the ministers want uniform charges to ease mobile money transactions in the region.
This is part of the Northern Corridor Internet for All Project, in which individual countries are now urged to domesticate the one-network regulation;
