Heavy Downpour Destroys Houses

A number of residents of Bufundi and Muko sub counties in the newly created Rubanda district are homeless after heavy rains swept away their houses and injured some of them. The rains that started on Wednesday and intensified on Thursday night, caused landslides that ravaged 15 houses and injured 2 people in Muko Sub County.
