Besigye Blames Famine on Government Poor Planning

Former presidential candidate Dr. Kiiza Besigye blames the worrying famine in the countryside on government’s poor planning. Dr. Besigye says drought conditions are seasonal situations that government is supposed to plan for. Besigye was speaking during prayers held at his home to pray for the success of the defiance campaign.
