Calm as Besigye Returns Home

Now the last retired Col Kizza Besigye returned, there was heavy deployment along Entebbe Road and in most parts if of the Capital Kampala. But this was not the case today as Dr. Besigye was let free from the Airport to his Kasangati home in Wakiso district. Richard Olwenyi looks at his journey back home.
