Famine hits Isingiro

Deaths of both human and cattle have been reported in Isingiro district as famine rages on.
The disaster is as a result of prolonged drought which has hit the district for about 7 months. The most affected areas of Bukanga include; Mbale, Kashumba and Rugaaga sub counties.
