Head Teacher Arrested for Barring Candidates from Sitting Exams

Tororo universal college (TUC) Director has been arrested by police, after he barred Form-four candidates from sitting their final papers which started today due to failure to complete school dues.
Obbo Josel was picked from school after district education officer was alerted of the studentspredicament.
