Supporters Take Charge of Besigye's Security

The former presidential candidate Dr. Kiiza Besigye says he struck a deal with western powers to support his regime change campaign. The opposition strongman told his supporters upon his return that all discussions have been concluded and it’s time for Ugandans to join the struggle. Besigye took a jibe at President Yoweri Museveni blaming him current economic down turn.
