UG League: Express FC for Redemption Against Police

When it rains it pours, at least for Express Football club, the team will hope the 10-day international break helped stop some of it’s problems. Monday saw the club ordered to play their next home fixture behind closed doors and a fine of 300,000 Uganda shillings.
