Besigye Calls for Special House Session to Handle Makerere University

Opposition leader Dr Kiiza Besigye has called upon Parliament to hold an emergency session to allocate funds necessary for sorting out the financial crisis at Makerere University.
Speaking to journalists at his home in Kasangati, Dr Besigye said the government has enough resources to handle the problem but is intentionally keeping out of the wrangles.
