Prime Minister Rugunda Calls for Preservation of Food in Fight Against Hunger

The Prime Minister Dr Ruhakana Rugunda has called for preservation of food as the country struggles to contain the effects of prolonged drought that has caused famine.
Dr Rugunda told residents of Katakwi district earlier today that able families should desist from wasting food especially during the forthcoming festive season since the a dry spell is forecast to prolong till at least March 2017
