Bank of Uganda Promises Tough Financial Measure

Bank of Uganda governor Professor Emmanuel Tumusiime Mutebile has assured Ugandans that Bank of Uganda will continue monitoring and supervising all financial institutions to enforce sound risk management practices. The 2004 financial institutions act gives mandate to the Central Bank to safe guard depositor’s funds.
