The absence of post graduate students at Mulago National referral Hospital leaves hundreds of patients stranded, waiting in queue to be attended to. With the limited Human resource, nurses and doctors are taking advantage of the situation to make a few coins from the desperate patients. Innocent Nabbasa, captured the plight of John Wandera, a patient who is languishing at the emergency and causality unit with a sick daughter, who has not been attended to for 12 hours since he has no money to bribe the attendants.
