Bakuli Residents Decry Poor Road

Road users of Bakuli, Nankulabye Bukessa, Kasubi, Hoima have appealed to government to work on their roads, reportedly a cause of accidents in the area. While Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) launched the campaign of reconstructing the major roads, some of the projects have already stalled making motorists struggle to survive.
