EC Rejects Extending Of Timeline in Petition against Kato Lubwama

The Electoral Commission has strongly opposed an application seeking for a time extension to allow an application seeking to throw Rubaga South’s Kato Lubwama out of parliament.
The Commission wants the application dismissed with costs on grounds that it doesn’t have the required circumstances guaranteeing extension of time for electoral petitions.
