Jiggers Threaten Education in Busoga

The recurrence of jiggers in Busoga sub region is threatening the education of several pupils after the fleas attacked schools.
Teachers have abandoned classes in some schools Luuka district in fear of contracting the parasitic insects. Many teachers have resorted to farming and bodaboda riding as they shun their pupils.
