Low Revenues Hamper Service Delivery in Masaka

Masaka district Authorities have expressed concern over the low revenue generation in the district, which they say is hampering service delivery. Deputy Chief Administrative Officer Fredrick Ssemwogerere says the district is collecting less than half of their anticipated revenue target.
