Makerere University Students Held

Police on Thursday morning held Makerere University Guild President, Roy Ssemboga, together with a few other students as they attempted to match to parliament.
The group of students said they wanted to match parliament to petition the speaker over the continued closure of the university, causing them losses.
This comes as the university enters second week after it was indefinitely closed on the orders of President Yoweri Museveni;
