NSSF Increases Stake in UMEME Ltd to 23%
The National Social Security Fund has increased its stake in power distribution company UMEME to 23 percent. NSSF managing director Richard Byarugaba announced that the fund has reached an agreement with Act is to acquire 7.5 percent of the shares it held in UMEME.
