UNEB Saved from Ssematimba Appeal Case

The Court of Appeal has ruled against the Uganda National Examinations Board producing fresh evidence in the Peter Ssematimba election appeal. Stephen Ssekigozi who petitioned against Ssematimba’s election wanted the Court of Appeal to summon the Secretary General of  to appear and testify if they cleared Ssematimba for nomination. Court however declined the request, saying it would use documents and evidence used in the High Court.
