Nebbi Locals to Start Community Nursery Schools

Civil society groups and the local communities in Nebbi district want to set up community owned nursery schools at every UPE schools to help build a strong foundation for their children. The parents are optimistic that having nursery schools at every UPE school will enable Nebbi district competes well with other performing districts like Wakiso, Mukono and Kampala. Nebbi district authorities have however welcomed the development.
