20 Year Old Arrested Over Stealing Baby

Kawempe Hospital administration and police have arrested a 20 year old Gloria Bukenya for allegedly plotting to steal a new born baby from her mother. According to the eye witnesses, Gloria Bukenya wrapped wrapped a baby toy to hoodwink unsuspecting mother and exchange with the new born baby.
